| I have a long family history in photography. My grandfather Jack Dallinger started the family business Foto Supplies in Albury in 1936. The Dallinger family continues to own and operate the business today.
I have worked as a photo-journalist for 17 years, including working at the Border Mail for nine years and the Herald Sun for four years. In 1999 I was awarded the Best News Picture in the Walkley Awards, which is regarded in Australia as the media's top honour. In 2000 I was one of ten photographers chosen from the Herald Sun to cover the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games for News Limited. |
